I'm Joan Hathaway, the breeder behind Pomeranian Puppies and Ragdoll kittens, located in Effort, PA. I'm excited to help families experience the welcoming of a puppy or kitten into their lives! I raise my dogs and cats in my home right alongside my family. I love being able to match my puppies and kittens with families that are perfectly fit for their personalities.

Joan has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. Bringing home your new family member
We partner with buyers to find the best match as the puppies and kittens develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies and k ittens reach about 8 weeks old. The price includes a veterinarian health certificate, first shots, deworming, a contract, health guarantee, and a puppy or kitten bag of toys. Parents are DNA tested. A $200 deposit is needed to reserve your puppy or kitten. They get reserved pretty quickly as I only have a few litters a year.
